Mint and Corriander Riata

Riata is extremely easy to make and can be used in a variety of ways.  It can be served as a dip or as a sauce to accompany a dish.  This Riata is very tasty and can be used to cool any dishes that have a little too much spice for you.

Ingredients

 

400ml Natural Greek Yogurt

1 Cucumber peeled, deseeded and finaly diced

2 tbsp Coriander

2 tbsp Mint

1/2 tsp Ground Cumin

1-2 tbsp Lemon Juice

Salt and Pepper to season

 

Method

 

Pour the Greek Yogurt into a bowl and add the Cucumber, Coriander, Mint, Cumin and mix well.

Once the ingredients are mixed well you can add the Lemon Juice gradually and Season to your taste.

Refrigerate if not using straight away.
