Spiced Tandoori Dip

Ingredients

3/4 cup thick fresh curds (dahi)

1/2 cup chopped tomatoes

1/4 cup chopped coriander (dhania)

1 tbsp tandoori masala

a pinch of sugar

salt to taste

 

For serving

Vegetable crudités

Method

Combine all the ingredients in a mixer and blend to a smooth thick paste.

Serve with vegetable crudités.
