TandooriQ returns policy
Goods in transit can not be cancelled and must arrive at the customers address, customer must then contact tandooriQ to arrange a collection. NOTE ! full refunds will only be given on goods, all carriage charges for delivery and collection can not be refunded.
Customer is advised to check the packaging, if there is any damage to the packaging, ask the driver to wait, open the goods, if the goods are damaged then sign for the contents as damaged goods and contact TandooriQ immediately, on 01225 313219, 07957763097 or e-mail email@example.com with the description of the damage, we will ask for a photo of the damage and then arrange collection and then a replacement.
