All of our deliveries are carried out by our courier ASE Courier Services Ltd.

 

Oven delivery time to UK mainland only

All oven deliveries can take between 3 to 5 working days with standard delivery. 

Next day delivery can be arranged but must be selected when using the checkout. An extra charge will apply for this service.

If ordering after 1pm, please email us to check if next day delivery is possible.

Deliveries outside mainland UK will vary due to the relevant country's customs and couriers.  Delivery time will be advised once delivery has been processed.

Terms and conditions for Delivery of your goods

On delivery of your goods a signature will be required to confirm the goods have been delivered in good order.  If there is no one to sign for the goods, the delivery will be re scheduled for the following day, an extra charge may apply in some circumstances.

Please follow these steps before signing for your oven.  Ask the driver to wait while you check YOUR goods.

  1. If the driver will not wait, please sign as Damaged. You are then insured in the unlikely event of any damage.
  2. Check the outside of the hessian box for any signs of damage.
  3. Cut the straps, remove the lid of the box, lift back the foam covering and look inside the oven and inspect the clay pot and the floor of the oven. (It is natural to have a few hairline crack’s, these can be remedied using the repair clay provided.)
  4. It is fair to say that if the hessian box has no visible damage and clay pot and oven floor are intact there should be no need to carry out the next step. That said if you have any doubt please do carry out the next step or sign as damaged.
  5. Remove the oven from the hessian box, slide foam cover off and check for any damage.

In the unlikely event the oven is damaged, make a note of the damage then sign the delivery slip as damaged goods, with a brief description of the damage AND REFUSE the delivery.

Please contact us immediately on sales@tandooriq.com and give the reason, with photos if possible, why you have refused the delivery.  If these steps are followed we can act quickly and have another oven sent out to you straight away.

we cannot accept liability for damaged goods if they are SIGNED FOR AND not checked before the driver leaves.  Please ensure you follow the steps above.
