TandooriQ Ltd maintain this site and its content, its purpose is for your personal information and enjoyment.  Please browse and download content for non-commercial, personal use.  Under no circumstances should the content be reused or distributed for commercial purposes without written consent from TandooriQ Ltd. 

TandooriQ Ltd make an effort to ensure that all the information on the site is accurate and upto date.  We provide no gaurantee to its accuracy and except no liabilty errors in the content of the site.

Privacy & Security

We collect only the basic personal details required to process your order. We do not store any customers financial or credit card details in any form. We will not trade, resell, sell, or redistribute information that you provide to us, to any other companies, organisations or individuals. At the stage when you enter your credit card details, you will be passed on to a Secure Order Processing page hosted by Sage Pay. We do not collect any card details from you directly. This also applies to any card detail given to us when making a telephone purchase.

Pricing

We will not be held responsible for any pricing error caused by technical failure. 
We have the right to withhold the sale of any goods that may have been under priced due to human error or technical failure.

gaurantee

TandooriQ Ltd provide a 12 month gaurantee on all of its products.  We reserve the right to repair or replace the product at our discretion.  The gaurantee covers any manufacturing faults on our products, it does not however cover wear and tear, misuse, mistreatment or incorrect storage of any of our products.

 

 

Returns

You have a right to return your goods for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your goods. You have further 14 days from the time you have asked for a refund to return the goods to us.  The goods must be unused, in the original packaging and have no signs of damage when we receive them back from you. 

Goods in transit cannot be cancelled and must arrive at the customer's address. The customer must then return the goods to TandooriQ in the original packaging and have no signs of damage when we receive them back from you.. 

If our terms and conditions are not followed this may effect your right to refund.

The consumers statutory rights are not excluded or limited in any way in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended)

We will then issue a refund within 14 days.

PLEASE NOTE: Full refunds will only be given on goods; courier charges for delivery and collection cannot be refunded.

Replacements and repairs

TandooriQ Ltd will replace or repair any faulty goods if you adhere to our terms and conditions.  If our terms and conditions are not followed it may effect your right to a replacement.

TandooriQ will not replace or repair any goods if they have been misused, mistreated or stored incorrectly.

The customer is advised to check the packaging on delivery. If there is any damage to the packaging, ask the driver to wait and open the goods. If the goods are damaged then sign for the contents as damaged goods and contact TandooriQ immediately on 07921 393001 or e-mail sales@tandooriq.co.uk with the description of the damage. We will ask for a photo of the damage and then arrange collection and then delivery of a replacement.
